Simon Millman is the State Member for Mount Lawley and serves as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Hon. Amber-Jade Sanderson MLA, Minister for Health; Mental Health. Prior to the 2021 Cabinet reshuffle, he served as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Premier; Minister for Health; Medical Research; State Development, Jobs and Trade; Science.
Before entering Parliament, Simon worked for many years as a Lawyer. Immediately prior to his election he was the Legal Practice Director at Eureka Lawyers and prior to that he was a Partner and Practice Group Leader at Slater & Gordon Lawyers, working across a number of fields of practice including, native title, industrial and employment law, workers compensation and representing asbestos victims and employees fighting against discrimination.
