Dr. Jesse C. Bliss, Director of Program and Partnership Development at NEHA, has over 20 years of experience in academic and workforce development administration, leadership, and public health practice. He leads teams to develop and deliver EH workforce training in core competencies and essential services and is experienced in global community development and humanitarian disaster response. Jesse has built trusted relationships with diverse communities, including Native American tribal governments, Pacific Island territories, and internationally. He develops and delivers responsive, needs-based training on topics such as climate change, community resilience, and environmental public health emergency preparedness and response.
