Dr. Lucy Butcher is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with expertise in the areas of food security, food environment and food literacy. She is a strong advocate for public health nutrition and preventative interventions having worked in this space for over 15 years. She has experience in the not for profit, corporate, Government and academic sectors. She is passionate about improving health equity as a means to address the recognised link between food insecurity, obesity, and chronic disease.
