The study aim to assess the utilization of insecticide-treated net (ITNs) among mothers of children from 0-59 months in Sunyani. A descriptive cross-sectional study design was employed to sample 231 participants. Structured questionnaires were used for data collection. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The study found that majority of the respondents possess the ITN. 76.6%, and 74.6% of children sleep under the ITN. Skin rashes (14.2%), heat (42.4%), congested rooms (20.3%) were factors affecting use of ITNs. Guidelines on determining the appropriate end of ITN life and maintenance must be made available by the World Health Organization.
